3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Policy

You may opt out of receiving text messages from ABS at any time by replying STOP to any text message from our team. After receiving your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message and cease all further SMS communications, except those required to fulfill an active service contract.

3.5 Help & Support

For help or questions about our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3.6 Employee & Contractor Text Messaging Standards

ABS employees and contractors who communicate with clients via text message must adhere to the following professional standards:

  • Use only company-approved message templates for routine communications where applicable
  • Identify themselves by first name and company affiliation in initial contact messages
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful tone at all times
  • Avoid sharing sensitive client information, facility access codes, or confidential business details via text
  • Escalate complaints or service issues to management promptly and document accordingly
  • Never text clients after business hours except for pre-approved urgent operational matters

Unauthorized personal use of client contact information is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action or termination.


4. How We Use Your Information

ABS uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Delivering, scheduling, and managing commercial cleaning services
  • Responding to inquiries, quotes, and service requests
  • Sending appointment reminders and operational updates via SMS, email, or phone
  • Processing payments and managing billing records
