Between strips, a scrub-and-recoat takes off the top layer and puts fresh finish over it. It costs a fraction as much, takes a fraction of the time, and if it is scheduled properly it pushes the next full strip years further out.

Not every floor should be waxed. Some luxury vinyl and pre-finished products are damaged by stripping chemicals, and applying finish to them voids warranties. We identify the substrate before quoting and will tell you if the answer is a different treatment.
